The Iron Strength Challenge is built for members who want to see exactly where their training stands. This one-day event tests total strength across the squat, deadlift, and press, pushing members to lift with focus, discipline, and controlled intensity when it matters most.
Open to all Ironhaus members, the Iron Strength Challenge delivers a high-energy atmosphere filled with personal bests, coaching support, and genuine community spirit.
About the Challenge
The Iron Strength Challenge condenses months of training into a single, high-energy day. With structured attempts and coach-supervised lifting, every set counts. Members are judged on technique and total load across three lifts, rewarding both strength and consistency. This is the event where preparation meets performance.
General Guidelines
All lifts follow standard strength competition form standards.
Certified coaches judge every lift.
Safety and spotter protocols apply throughout.
Session Rules
Three lifts: squat, deadlift, overhead press
Three attempts per lift, best result counts
Standard safety equipment required
Certified spotters provided for all heavy attempts
Event Schedule
One-Day Program
08:00 – Check-In. Members arrive, register, and warm up.
09:00 – Squat Flight. First lift of the day — attempts begin.
11:30 – Deadlift Flight. The heaviest lift of the day tests total grit.
14:00 – Overhead Press Flight. Precision and control decide the totals.
16:00 – Totals & Rankings. Results are calculated and posted.
17:00 – Awards Ceremony. Recognition, community celebration, and photos.
