Maren Kessler oversees everything that keeps Ironhaus running — from scheduling and staffing to member experience and facility standards. With a background in fitness operations, she's built a reputation for solving problems before members even notice them. Her focus is simple: make sure every visit to the gym feels organized, welcoming, and consistent, whether it's someone's first day or their five-hundredth.
Experience & Credentials:
Maren started in fitness operations over a decade ago, working front desks and managing schedules before moving into full gym management. She's seen what makes a gym feel disorganized and chaotic — and spends her days making sure Ironhaus never feels that way.
Her role touches almost everything: staffing, vendor relationships, facility upkeep, and making sure the whole team is aligned on giving members a consistent experience every time they walk in.
What members notice most about Maren is how approachable she is — she's usually on the floor, not hiding in an office, and genuinely wants to hear feedback about what's working and what isn't.
Outside of Ironhaus, Maren trains herself four days a week and believes the best way to run a gym is to actually use it like a member would.
