Owen leads the front desk team and is often the first person new members meet. He handles check-ins, scheduling, and general questions with a calm, welcoming attitude that sets the tone for every visit. Owen takes pride in remembering names, tracking down answers fast, and making sure the gym floor stays organized and members always know where to go.
Experience & Credentials:
Owen joined Ironhaus after years in customer-facing roles and quickly became the person new members remember from their first visit. He handles everything from membership questions to trial bookings.
He works closely with the coaching team to make sure schedules run smoothly and that members are pointed toward the right class or session for their goals.
Owen speaks three languages and often helps bridge communication for members who are more comfortable in a language other than English.
He believes a good first impression starts before someone even lifts a weight — it starts at the front desk.
